We are now looking for a motivated Research Analyst Intern to support our growing work in renewable-energy intelligence. Role OverviewAs a Research Analyst Intern, you will explore the latest technological trends across renewable energy, AI, predictive maintenance, and digital optimisation tools. You’ll support the team by collecting insights, analysing industry developments, and preparing structured reports that feed directly into AeroSyn AI’s product roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack advancements in AI, agentic systems, robotics, and computer vision relevant to wind-turbine optimisation.Analyse industry challenges, market needs, and competitor tools within O&M and energy analytics.Prepare concise weekly reports, trend summaries, and insight briefs.Support in creating presentation decks and research-based content for internal use.Assist with data gathering for product features, demos, and market positioning.What We’re Looking ForStrong interest in green energy, AI, and future-tech trends.Ability to analyse technical information and summarise it clearly.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Curiosity and willingness to explore new concepts independently.Students in engineering, data science, energy systems, climate tech, or related fields preferred.QualificationsBachelor's/ Master's degree or equivalent experienceExpertise with SPSS, Excel, and PowerPointPrevious quantitative and qualitative research experienceBenefitsHands-on experience with a fast-growing AI platform in renewable energy.Opportunity to contribute directly to product development and strategy.Flexible remote or hybrid working structure.Certificate of experience + recommendation letter on successful completion.Plenty of real-world exposure: you’ll get opportunities to speak with industry leaders, investors, and even join in on product demo pitches.
