Research And Development Associate

Responsibilities:Conduct research and develop new product, manufacturing procedures and specification for new product.Responsible in new product development up to mass- scale production.Conduct improvement of existing products.Monitor the stability of new products, observing stability test and compatibility test.Requirements:Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science (cosmetics science, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields).Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetics industry.Passionate in beauty industry.Technical knowledge of chemistry, polymers, colorants, emulsions, surfactants, and other raw materials used in the cosmetic industry.Familiar with laboratory work and equipment.Proficient in Ms. Office.Able to work in a dynamic working environment.Willing to be based in Sunter, North Jakarta.
