Our state-of-the-art lab, global supply network, and dedicated professional team make us the regional leader in ink technology.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced R&D Chemist / Ink Formulation Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on research, development, and optimization of flexographic and gravure ink systems (solvent-based, polyurethane, and nitrocellulose).Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize printing ink formulations (flexo and gravure systems).Conduct lab experiments, testing, and quality evaluations.Collaborate with suppliers of raw materials from around the world.Troubleshoot and improve existing formulations for better performance and cost efficiency.Support production scale-up and ensure consistency across batches.Maintain detailed documentation of tests, formulations, and results.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.Proven R&D experience in printing inks or coatings.Hands-on laboratory skills and quality control experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Team-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive in project work.English proficiency for international communication is a plus.What We Offer:Modern, fully equipped R&D laboratory.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses.Work with top international raw material suppliers.Relocation assistance for candidates moving to Tashkent.Opportunities for professional growth and innovation.
