🌟 We’re Hiring: R&D Research Chemist📍 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia🏭 Global Leader in Food, Feed & Biofuel Process TechnologiesWe are seeking a passionate and hands‑on R&D Research Chemist to join our global innovation team.🔬 What You Will Do-You will play a key role in supporting research and development initiatives by:-Assisting in pilot‑scale trials for edible oil refining, modification, oleochemical and renewable fuel processes.-Conducting chemical and instrumental analysis using advanced laboratory equipment.-Validating analytical methods and ensuring accurate, reliable data reporting.-Maintaining equipment calibration, lab records and chemical inventory.-Leading and enforcing laboratory safety protocols, waste management and PPE compliance.-Conducting safety training and ensuring full HSE compliance.🧠 What We’re Looking ForKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:-Hands‑on experience operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments.-Solid understanding of edible oil and fat analysis (FFA, DOBI, PV, fatty acids, moisture, stability, etc.).-Strong knowledge of lab safety and chemical management.-Detail‑oriented with strong data accuracy and documentation discipline.-Critical thinking and structured reporting skills.-Willing to travel for short assignments abroad when needed.Preferred Qualifications:-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Technology or related fields.-Experience in analytical laboratories in the edible oils, fats, oleochemicals, or related industries.-Familiarity with international analytical standards (added advantage).-Exposure to pilot‑scale or process technology equipment is a plus.
