Our team is young, dynamic, and constantly innovating to ensure the maximum value for our stakeholders and prioritizes customer experience above all else.Role DescriptionThe Research & Development (R&D) Specialist is responsible for developing, reformulating, and improving products through rigorous research, trials, and evaluations. The role ensures that product innovations meet quality, safety, regulatory, and market requirements while supporting the company’s growth through product innovation, cost optimization, and process improvement. The R&D Specialist collaborates across departments to translate market and technical insights into commercially viable products.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduct Development: Formulate and reformulate products to meet market demands, improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.Research and Testing: Conduct experiments, stability tests, and performance trials to validate raw materials, formulations, and packaging compatibility.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain technical documentation and ensure all R&D activities comply with FDA, GMP, and other applicable regulations.Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to optimize manufacturing efficiency and product quality.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Production, Quality Control, and suppliers to ensure products meet business, technical, and market requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Food Technology, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in product development, formulation, or laboratory research; fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered.Experience in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.Relevant certifications such as GMP, GLP, or Cosmetic/Food Formulation are a plus.Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in formulation and testing.
