When you join us as a Research Assistant , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You WillCoordinates all patient visitsManages all email and telephone correspondence between research sites, imaging centers and RadNet research team in regards to patient visitsManages Contract Research Organization (CRO) and study site requirements for subject scheduling requirements for each studyEnsures compliance with established study time framesKeeps accurate tracking records for each patient by maintaining outlook calendar notifications to the research team.Adheres to flow sheet guidance for scheduling patients to ensure the correct location, scanner, and trained personnel are being engaged for each appointment.Adjust schedule to meet the needs and requirements of the department.Assists lead Research Assistant with any specific projects required.Maintains filing and billing data entry as assigned.Identifies important issues or problems and communicates to the Lead RA or management.If You ArePassionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems are and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
