The incumbent will work closely with the Research Assistant who coordinates this project. ResponsibilitiesParticipant recruitment (i. e. ongoing screening and eligibility review of patients, etc.
) Coordination and tracking of all participants including maintaining screening and enrollment logs as well as scheduling and completing participant study visits within protocol-specified time framePreparation and management of study documents and other research files including questionnaires, consent forms, and participant materialsPreparation and submission of study agreements/contractsCollect, organize, manage and enter data into paper and electronic case report formsMaintenance of essential regulatory documents for ongoing trialsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredBachelorâs degree in a relevant field (e. g.
health research methodology, health sciences related discipline)1-3 years of experience working in a research settingExperience with in-person participant/patient recruitmentFamiliarity with research processes including data collection and data entry Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skillsExcellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment with staff at all levels within the organizationTact, discretion and ability to manage confidential and sensitive data and informationPlease send a curriculum vitaePlease note that by applying for this role, you are able to work on-site at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre for approx.
