Our reward and benefits, and ways of working enable those who join us to have enriching careers, matched by an excellent work-life balance.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Research Associate to lead the design and implementation of experimental studies investigating fairness in Human–Robot Interaction (HRI). This role is central to our interdisciplinary efforts to understand, evaluate, and promote equitable interactions between humans and embodied AI systems. The successful candidate will develop and deploy HRI experiments using the Franka Emika Research 3 arm, Furhat social robot, and Pepper humanoid platform, contributing to cutting-edge research at the intersection of robotics, and human-centred AI.Equality, Diversity & InclusionThe University is committed to supporting and promoting equality and diversity in all its practices and activities.
