The Cluster of Excellence “Climate, Climatic Change, and Society” (CLICCS) investigates climate dynamics and climate-related social dynamics, as well as the interactions between the two. Funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG), it is part of Germany’s Excellence Strategy. The position is part of two projects ‘S4: Climate Policy Formation: Predictions, Preferences and Politics’ and ‘M1: Decarbonization Dynamics of Companies’. Both projects will set up or continue and extend large panels running over the entire funding phase of the cluster. The main task of the position is to provide administrative and technical support for these panels. The panel in S4 will be a quantitative, survey-based panel of several thousand German households and several dozen municipalities used to conduct randomized experiments.
