Our mission is to connect businesses with top-tier experts across various domains, providing invaluable insights and strategic guidance through micro-engagements.  Job Description:As an Expert Network Associate on the Client Service Team, your primary role will be to serve as a knowledge broker between our clients and industry experts. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their knowledge gaps and identify experts who possess the most relevant experience and knowledge to address them.  For instance, one day you may be connecting a private equity firm with experts who can provide insights into the 5G developments in North Africa. On another day, you might assist a strategy consultancy firm in researching functional chemicals and materials used in banknotes and security papers or on a project about human microchip implants. Or Escape Rooms market in Lithuania. There are many different industries to discover.  To excel in this position, you will need to think critically and swiftly, conduct comprehensive research on various industries and companies, and identify experts who are best suited to address our clients' specific needs. You will dedicate a significant amount of time to reaching out to potential experts through phone and email, assessing their expertise and determining whether they possess the relevant knowledge required. With the ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently, you will quickly develop essential skills in sales, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication.Identifying and recruiting subject matter experts in specific industries and domains.Conducting in-depth research and due diligence to ensure the quality and expertise of potential experts.Managing and coordinating expert engagements, including scheduling calls and meetings.Providing excellent client service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement process.Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies to grow our expert network and client base.Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, news, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.   Qualifications:·       Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences etc.). 0-2 years of experience. ·       Prior experience in the expert network industry or a related field is not required, but a strong passion for connecting people with expertise is essential.·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·       Strong research and analytical abilities.·       Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.·       Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.·       Proficiency in English and is a must for effective communication with our global client base and experts around the globe.  Location: Our office is located in Kadikoy.  What are we offering: ·       Fast Promotion Scheme (9 months for the right candidates)·       Opportunity to have a team to manage in early stage of your career. ·       Interacting with C-Level executives globally from day 1. ·       Working with a multinational team. ·       Getting training from experienced executives from the industry.   Bare in mind that we are a global company having employees in Italy, Portugal alongside Turkey.
