This is a full-time, specific purpose post, based in the Department of Dermatology, Tallaght University Hospital (TUH), Dublin 24, and affiliated with Trinity College Dublin (TCD) School of Medicine.The Project Coordinator will play a central role in supporting and coordinating delivery of the EORTC CL Quality of Life module project. Working closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) and international collaborators, the post holder will bring both research expertise and project management skills to support all aspects of study planning, set-up, conduct, and close-out within the Dermatology Department at TUH.Embedded within the Cutaneous Lymphoma Clinical Team, the Project coordinator will collaborate with the PI, nursing staff, and support personnel to drive the project forward and ensure that milestones are delivered on time and to target. Acting as the key point of contact for all project collaborators, they will foster effective communication between research study sites, the Chief Investigator, and the EORTC QLG. The role also includes ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements, accurate and timely documentation, and provision of guidance to the wider research team.Beyond the CL QoL module, the post holder will contribute to shared departmental projects, participate in Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, and help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the research team. Employment is not offered on an indefinite duration basis, as it is expected that the work associated with the EORTC QLG Cutaneous Lymphoma (CL) project will be completed within a defined timeframe. This role is required to support the coordination, administration, and delivery of specific objectives under the CNOIDB project. As these objectives are time-bound and project-based, the position is not expected to continue beyond their completion.Hours of Post: 35 hours per weekSalary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€46,874 - €58,667 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
