From global portfolio reviews via regional talent assessment to city-specific business cases, your analysis will guide critical decisions and deliver real impact.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll DoAs a Research & Reporting Analyst, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop insights and strategies that optimize real estate performance. Your day-to-day will involve market research, market rent and utilization benchmarking, and creating compelling presentations for senior leaders and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities will include analytical support, with exposure through participation in global calls with senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients.Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and reports for senior leadership and clientsConduct in-depth research and analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to inform strategyCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutionsAnalyze data from multiple sources to build insightful recommendationsDevelop and assess complex corporate real estate strategies using financial, operational, and organizational dataBuild business cases, scenario models, and conduct sensitivity analysesAssist with portfolio strategy, location analysis, and workplace optimization projectsSupport development of white papers and industry researchAttend client meetings and assist with presenting insights and recommendationsMaintain accurate project updates and documentationContribute actively to a high-performing, collaborative team environmentWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree (BSc/BA)Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent Excel skills (modeling experience a plus)Proficiency in PowerPoint and data storytellingExperience with Power BI and Alteryx is a plusAttention to detail and a proactive, organized approachAbility to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work across multiple projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhy Join Us?Competitive compensation and benefits packageLearning and development opportunities to grow your skillsWork in a modern, award-winning office overlooking the DanubeCentrally located with excellent public transport accessSupportive, youthful, and inclusive team cultureAdditional paid holidays for national holidays falling on weekendsBe part of a growing, 100+ year-old international firm with a strong reputationINCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
