Our client is seeking a talented and driven Research Scientist to join their research and development team who will play a key role in conducting high-quality scientific research, developing innovative solutions, and contributing to the organization's strategic objectives within their specialized domain. Job Responsibilities : Design, execute, and optimize experiments in line with the company’s research goals. Analyze and interpret experimental data; present findings in internal meetings and external publications when appropriate. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including product development, engineering, quality, and regulatory teams. Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards (e. g.
ISO, GLP, or GMP). Contribute to the preparation of scientific reports, publications, technical documents, and patent applications. Keep up to date with relevant scientific literature, technologies, and competitive trends in the field. Support the transfer of research findings into scalable products or processes where applicable. Qualifications Required: Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant scientific field (e. g. Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline). Previous experience in a research setting, ideally within academia, industry, or applied R&D environments. Strong background in experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Proficiency with laboratory techniques and relevant analytical tools or software. Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is advantageous but not always required. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international team. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation practices in Germany or the EU is a plus.
