This well-established search practice is searching for an Executive Search Researcher. About the Role:This role will give you exposure to some of the most recognisable businesses in the world. You will speak and advise some of the brightest and most interesting professionals on a daily basis. Your core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Finding and assessing candidate profiles for their relevance and suitabilityScreening candidates over the phoneAttending candidate interviews with a consultantBuilding relationships with candidates in order to maintain maps, get referrals, compensation data and/or any other relevant candidate market dataUsing & maintain the CRMDeveloping search execution skills; learn to build long-lists, gain exposure to clearing & persuasion, shortlists, prep, feedback, scheduling and offer managementSkills/Experience Required:An appetite for learning about the Search industry and an interest in financial markets and the corporate worldDegree educated (or equivalent)Competence and curiosity using and discovering artificial intelligence toolsWillingness to conduct in-depth research and a keen eye for detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working autonomously, and as part of a small teamNot afraid to ask questions and seek guidance where necessaryNaturally curious and determinedStrong verbal and written communication skills Details:Hybrid workingBased in Oxford CircusCompetitive salary and bonusRegular work socialsIf you want to work in a professional and high-achieving team, and in a company with opportunity for progression then please send us your CV!
