In this role, you will handle guest inquiries, provide tailored travel suggestions, and manage reservations with accuracy and professionalism.A successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist and guide customers in choosing from a range of premium accommodation options.Process reservations in line with customer preferences and budget requirements.Verify availability and manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations.Handle payments and issue confirmations accurately and efficiently.Provide professional and timely responses to all customer inquiries.Identify opportunities to upsell or enhance the customer experience.Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).Previous experience in hospitality, travel, sales, or customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Flexibility to work in shifts and handle high volumes of inquiries. Compensation:Basic Salary: AED 3,000High Commission Structure (based on performance)If you’re an ambitious professional ready to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment — join a company that rewards dedication, skill, and results.
