To learn more, please visit https://www.ant-intl.com/en/We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reserve Management Operations Specialist to oversee the daily operations related to our reserve management team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of reserve management processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting the overall operational strategy of the organization.Key Responsibilities:● Operational Management:● Conduct the daily operations of the reserve transactions backing the stablecoin.● Ensure efficient fund management of the reserve assets, which may include cash and non-cash products. ● Analyse market trends and provide support on the investments of reserve assets.● Process Improvement:● Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement best practices to streamline reserve management processes, account structures and funding flows.● Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for reserve management activities.● Compliance and Risk Oversight:● Ensure all reserve management operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.● Collaborate with the risk management and compliance teams to monitor and mitigate operational risks associated with reserve management.● Reporting and Analytics:● Prepare and present operational reports on reserve levels, transaction volumes, and compliance metrics to senior management.● Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.● Cross-Functional Collaboration:● Work closely with finance, risk management, compliance, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of reserve management operations with overall business functions.● Support the implementation of new technologies and systems that enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.● Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management, preferably within corporate treasury, finance or web3 sectors.● Strong understanding and practical knowledge of financial markets and products. Web3 knowledge will also be preferred.● Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.● Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams.● Proficiency in operational tools and software related to financial management.
