Job Title: Resident EngineerExperience: 18+ yrs of experienceJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaJob Summary:We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with 18 or more years of experience to join our Construction Supervision Team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This key role involves leading the post-contract construction supervision team, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget while maintaining contractual compliance.Eligibility:·        The candidate should be from Architectural Educational background·        Should be immediately available.Responsibilities:Supervision of the site engineers and the inspectors working on the construction supervision.Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, any requests for information relating to the drainage and associated works.Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in the execution of civil building projects.Ability to make senior-level project decisions and liaise with applicable authorities.Coordinate his direct activities with the other disciplines to maintain consistency and integrity in the overall construction.Act as the main point of contact between the engineering consultancy and the client.Regularly communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.Familiar with KSA building regulations & general conditions of the contractEnsure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project. Requirements:Experience working with Engineering consultants within KSA with supervision projects is a must.Extensive experience working in multinational environments.Excellent written and communication skills (English), time management, and supervisory skillsDemonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.Manage relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.Competent in drafting professional emails and letters.Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contract administrationExperience in Submittal administration/Site supervision/Team Management and manage technical issues.Qualification:Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Architecture.Interested candidates may share CV to m.jithu@jamescubitt.com
