Company Overview:Our client is a leading hospitality group with a growing portfolio of premium properties. The company aims to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high operational and financial performance standards. This role will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and ensuring service excellence in one of its flagship properties in Pattaya.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.Maintain full responsibility for the P&L, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency within budget.Supervise and support department heads to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.Collaborate with HR in recruitment, onboarding, and training to build a high-performing team.Drive continuous improvement in operations, service quality, and financial performance.Lead the employee performance appraisal process and provide coaching for staff development.Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to top management.Identify and resolve operational challenges, including guest complaints, employee conflicts, or performance issues.Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety, and local regulations.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations management — roles such as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or Residence Manager.Candidates with Assistant Manager experience (“No.2”) who have managed multiple departments (especially Front Office and Housekeeping) are also encouraged to apply.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven track record in managing budgets, improving profitability, and leading diverse teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.Background as a General Manager or equivalent senior operations role is a plus.Reporting to: General Manager GroupEmployment Type: Full-time, permanentBenefits Highlights:Competitive salary package and performance-based incentivesAccommodation and meals provided (if applicable)Opportunities for career progression within a growing hospitality group
