Corporate Account - Work DynamicsJoin Our Property Management TeamWe're looking for an experienced Residential Property Assistant (m/f/d) to deliver exceptional residential services for one of our key corporate clients. This role offers the opportunity to manage the complete residential experience, from property preparation to tenant support, while working with a professional team committed to excellence.Your TasksCoordinate comprehensive property services including furnishing, maintenance, and compliance managementManage reactive maintenance, M&E, Soft FM and building fabric works across leasehold propertiesOversee seamless move-in and move-out processes that enhance tenant satisfactionMaintain accurate inventory management and system documentationProcess rent collection, utilities management, and housing administration coordinationUtilize Corrigo platform for efficient service delivery and performance trackingBuild productive relationships with landlords, estate agents, and housing authoritiesCollaborate effectively with internal teams, supply chain partners, and client representativesProvide responsive customer support and home search assistanceCoordinate planned and reactive services with sub-contractors and service providersConduct regular quality audits to maintain service standardsEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and identify enhancement opportunitiesMaintain comprehensive documentation and reporting standardsYour ExperienceDemonstrated experience in property management or similar residential services roleFluent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken) Proficiency with MS Office applications and property management systems Practical experience working with landlords, estate agents, and tenancy agreementsValid driving license and ability to travel between propertiesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to remain composed and effective under pressureProactive approach to problem-solving and decision-makingCommercial awareness balanced with customer-focused service delivery Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder interactionsWhat You Can Expect From UsYou’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
