Your new roleThe Resilience Governance Analyst role is part of a global team supporting resilience governance activities. This includes coordinating and producing governance committee reporting, managing and maintaining firm-wide policies, standards, and procedures. The role also contributes to fulfilling requests for information from internal departments (e.g. Internal Audit) and external stakeholders (e.g. clients, regulators). What you'll need to succeedRegulatory, Client & Audit Engagement - Support the response and coordination of requests for information from regulators, clients, and internal/external audit functions.Governance and Reporting - Coordinate and produce governance committee and working group materials in collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders. Document minutes and track actions to closure.Assist with the creation and ongoing maintenance of reporting frameworks for governance committee and working group engagement.Engage with necessary stakeholders across the Firm to produce metrics and reporting as required for governance committees, working groups, and stakeholders.Policy and Procedure Management - Support the review, improvement, and maintenance of firm-wide resilience policies, standards, and procedures.Change & Transformation Initiatives - Support delivery of strategic change programs, including audit and regulatory remediation initiatives.Collaborate across functions to strengthen the Firm's overall resilience posture.Fluent in English.Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to regular engagement with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and documentation.Experience working in a globally distributed organization.
