Resilu is the recruitment platform of DNA MICRO, a software development company that has been in the IT Industry for 25 years. We are actively looking for IT professionals to work with new AI driven projects. The company follows the Pacific Time Zone. The RoleAs a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design and user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. This is a full time Independent Contract working arrangement with working hours from 8: 30am-5:
30pm (breaks in between), Monday-Friday following the Pacific Time zone. Ideal ProfileBachelor's Degree in Design, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Proven at least 3 years working experience as UX Designer in Web and Mobile. Proficiency with design, prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and other related tools)Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences. Having UI Design experience is a plus. Excellent English Communication skills, team collaboration and problem-solving skills. Must have long term goals and able to work with tight deadlines.
