As a key member of our executive team, you will lead our sales and marketing efforts to position our resort as a premier destination in the rapidly growing Saudi Arabian tourism market.Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market shareLead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious targetsCreate and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for all sales and marketing activitiesIdentify and capitalize on new market opportunities, with a focus on luxury travel and tourism in the Middle EastEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersOversee the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channelsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellenceRepresent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsStay abreast of emerging trends in the hospitality industry and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edgeQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury resorts or destinationsProven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share in competitive environmentsStrong understanding of the Middle Eastern tourism landscape and luxury travel marketExpertise in strategic planning, revenue management, and digital marketingProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis toolsExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsOutstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsDemonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial managementAdaptability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environmentWillingness to relocate to AlUla, Saudi Arabiapreferably with previous experience with Accor & resort experienceAdditional Informationexperience is an assetPrior experience working with Opera or a related systemStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesFluency in English, additional languages are a plus
