Job Responsibilities This role focuses on Content Management within Marketing Communications:
-Deliver collaterals development for the casino marketing and RWS Casino Membership Program as directed by creative briefsWork with marketing agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materialsUpdate the communication program in line with the marketing calendarEnsure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirementsUpdate SOP to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements as requiredCoordinate and organise the execution of the approved marketing plans within approved budget and timelineEnsure members listings are being filtered according to the approved criteria prior to the actual communicationsGenerate reports for supervisor to analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiativesWork closely with business units to ensure the right information is being providedWork to improve the campaign automation, provide direction and assistance on the development of CXM and direct to consumer channelsLiaise with respective departments and IT to ensure appropriate management and access to data to effectively deliver and progress communications strategiesOptimise marketing messages to resonate with target audiences while adhering to regulatory requirementsExecute direct marketing initiatives, leveraging CRM systems and digital platforms to effectively reach and engage guestsJob Requirements Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of ageBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience in content development and creative marketingStrong understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategiesAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the gaming industry is a plusProficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is desirableHighly organized and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environmentMeticulous, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency
