Resource Coordinator - Full Time (FTC until Mar 2026, possibility of temp-perm)

We have an opportunity a Resource Coordinator to work as part of our close-knit Resource Team on a full time basis. Working initially on a three month fixed term contract (FTC), there is a possibility of the role developing into a permanent one in the first quarter of 2026.Please note that we are able to accommodate an immediate start for the successful applicant*Main duties of the jobWorking as part of the Resource Team, you will be responsible for coordinating staff rotas to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. You will work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure that the right staff are in the right place at the right time.Day to day, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Supporting the administration of staff rotas for both clinical and non-clinical staff groups, ensuring all shifts are filled with adequate personnelResponding to staffing requests and managing staff availabilitySourcing appropriate cover during holiday and sickness periods, highlighting rota gaps where necessary as well as proposing appropriate countermeasuresReporting on rota performance to senior members of staffActing as a central point of contact for staff for all rota enquiriesEnsuring compliance with relevant policies and proceduresProviding wider administrative support to the teamAbout UsOur Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) is a service offered to patients who are registered with a General Practitioner within the Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire and Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Systems.Medvivo became part of the HealthHero, group in 2020 providing Integrated Urgent Care service provision and expertise.
