Our growing warehouse in Amsterdam is looking for a Resource Planner to help drive operational efficiency and workforce coordination.What will you do?As a Resource Planner, you ensure smooth daily operations by allocating people, equipment and space effectively.Your tasks include:Planning and assigning daily resources (staff, equipment, space, transport);Forecasting workloads and adjusting accordingly;Collaborating with logistics and airfreight departments;Solving operational issues quickly and effectively;Analyzing data and KPIs to improve workflows;Monitoring performance and driving process improvements;Using planning and warehouse systems to optimize operations;Coordinating with temporary staffing agencies;Working closely with the Operations Manager, HR, supervisors, and controllers.Who are we looking for?Experience in logistics planning or workforce coordination;Strong skills in Excel and Power BI;Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset;Resilient under pressure and flexible in a fast-paced environment;Effective communicator across teams and stakeholders;Familiar with logistics systems and KPI reporting tools;Willingness to adapt to unexpected situations and schedule changes.What’s in it for you?Competitive salary;8% holiday allowance;26 paid vacation days;Premium-free pension plan;Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;Company mobile phone;A dynamic and independent role in a growing international company with a flat hierarchy, open culture, and informal working environment.Interested in this position?Send us your CV and we’ll be in touch shortly.We’re looking forward to your application.!!
