University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience as leading IT business analyst in complex software development projects;Strong experience with Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, Confluence and other requirements management tools;Strong experience with user interface prototyping techniques;In-depth experience of developing business process and leading requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders working closely with Product Owners;Experience in agile software development teams;Knowledge of data analytics, statistical methods, database querying would be considered an asset;Change management experience supporting user adoption would be considered an asset;Certification in business analysis (e. g.
CCBA, CBAP) would be considered an asset;Excellent command of the English language.
