Job Description

The Job in a NutshellAs a Responsible Gaming (RG) Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of Coolbet’s RG function, helping ensure compliance with licensing requirements across various jurisdictions and promoting player protection to the highest standard. Part of the Services department, the RG team plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. This includes minimizing gambling-related harm through proactive monitoring, player interactions, and the implementation of effective safety tools. A Sneak Peek into Your RoleMonitoring escalations from Slack channels and game providers. Handling account re-openings, indefinite self-exclusions, and limit increase or removal requests.

Requesting and processing SOW forms. Following up on high-risk cases through the RG dashboard and ensuring resolution. Analyzing player accounts flagged in daily RG loss. Conducting tax searches in applicable markets. Determining appropriate actions based on account analysis. Carrying out interventions via email, SMS, onsite messages, or phone calls. Reviewing player responses to RG communications and submitted SOW forms. Working shifts (office hours) with at least two weekends off per month. In Addition, You May Be Assisting With: Compiling RG statistics for internal and external reporting. Organizing trainings and presentations. Collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Participating in updates to RG policies and regulatory changes. Contributing to improvements in RG systems and features, including translations, testing, and development. You're good atWe're looking for someone who's no stranger to the gaming world - at least a year of experience in the gaming industry is essential to succeed in the role. If you've got Responsible Gaming experience too, consider this as a plus. Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and Google Drive. You have excellent communication skills, strong organization, and keen attention to detail. You show initiative, manage stress well, and excel at problem-solving and multitasking.

Social awareness and empathy come naturally to you, along with analytical thinking and a proactive, independent mindset - qualities highly valued in this role. Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction. Knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Spanish, Estonian, or Icelandic is a plus.
