Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess a professional qualification from a recognized institute and 2–4 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in a upscale dining outlet, bar, or free standing restaurant. Strong knowledge of service standards, food and beverage programs, Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, financial management, and reporting tools, Excellent people management and leadership skills to motivate and guide the service team, Strong guest relations and problem-solving abilities with a focus on personalized service, Ability to manage scheduling, training, and cost controls efficiently, Competent in marketing initiatives such as promotions, events, and social media collaborations, Professional, approachable, and a natural communicator, High attention to detail with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, Flexible and hands-on, willing to assist in all areas of operation when needed are key attributes and competencies sought. ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized services by maintaining strong guest relationsManage scheduling, training and cost controls efficiently. Handle marketing initiatives such as promotions, events, and social media collaborations.Motivate and guide the service team.
