Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, manage staff efficiently, and drive profitability while maintaining a high-quality dining experience.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient serviceManage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiencesMonitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standardsHandle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionallyImplement operational policies, health and safety standards, and compliance with UAE regulationsCoordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate serviceMonitor inventory, control costs, and manage ordering of suppliesPlan and execute marketing, promotions, and special events to drive revenuePrepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiencyRequirements:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar F&B leadership roleStrong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and UAE hospitality regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost managementDegree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferredFamiliarity with POS systems and restaurant management softwareFlexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidaysPreferred Attributes:Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiencesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with a multicultural teamFluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
