Your leadership, operational know-how, and passion for creating memorable dining experiences will play a vital role in elevating our brand and ensuring continued success.What We Offer:Monthly Package: AED 12,000 - 16,000 (commensurate with experience)6 Day work-weekCareer Progression OpportunitiesResponsibilities:Lead the successful launch and seamless operations of the restaurant through strategic planning and execution.Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and service excellence.Drive a culture of exceptional guest experience with personalized, attentive service standards.Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in staffing, inventory, and financial management.Uphold premium standards of food quality and presentation in partnership with the culinary team.Build strong supplier relations, balancing quality with cost efficiency.Collaborate on marketing initiatives to grow and retain a loyal customer base.Monitor performance metrics to enhance profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a high-end establishment.In-depth knowledge of Seafood and Sushi Cuisine, including ingredients, techniques, and presentation.Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, guests, and suppliers.Demonstrated understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions.Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, and problem-solve on the spot.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
