Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Greater Batam. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceptional service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing food and beverage service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring efficient and effective communication within the team.
