Restaurant Supervisor/Team Leader About the role:As a Restaurant Supervisor/Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations and lead the restaurant staff to maintain high service standards and exceptional customer service. You will be assisting the Head of Operations in overall restaurant management. Key Accountabilities: • Responsible to ensure that checklist and standards are implemented prior to opening and closing of the branch. • Lead and motivate the restaurant team. • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues. • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and inventory. • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless operations. • Manage guest assistance, delivery support, and cash handling. • Review inventory, POs, and support cost/quality controls.Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:• Educational Qualifications and Certifications: High School or Higher degree. • Knowledge: Understanding on customer satisfaction and hospitality management. • Technical Skills: Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.• Language Skills: Proficiency in English language.• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverages industry.To view the benefits offered by Zahid Group, please visit our Total Rewards page at Careers.Zahid.com.
