Company presentationFast growing company in Fashion premium sectorJob description We are looking for a strong Area Manager to lead to drive sales, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high customer service standards in the assigned area.Key responsibilities include:monitoring performance metrics and reporting on the area's financial status to Company management;setting sales targets and defining strategies and action plans to achieve assigned goals;leading and coaching store managers, inspiring them and supporting them on all aspects connected with store management, providing solutions and liaising with Head Quarters;ensuring consistent operational standards, quality control, and compliance with company policies across all locations;recruiting, hiring, coaching and training staff, conducting performance reviews and providing development opportunities.RequirementsAt least 10-year experience in management positions within Retail.Passion and dynamism.Ability to lead and inspire people.Strong results-orientation.Strong analytical spirit.Problem-solving attitude.Flexibility with availability to work on Saturdays and travel to ensure presence in the stores assigned.Strong commercial skills.Excellent communication-relational skills aimed at developing a local network.Fluent knowledge of French and English. Dutch would be a plus.
