Customer Experience:Greet every customer with warmth and a smile — you’re the first impression of our brand.Help customers choose flowers and gifts that suit their needs, preferences, and budgets.Share product knowledge with confidence — from flower care tips to creative gift ideas.Handle inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and genuine care.2. Sales & Transactions:Process purchases efficiently using our POS system, handling cash and card transactions accurately.Recommend add-ons or upgrades to enhance every sale.Maintain a clean, organized cashier area that reflects our brand’s attention to detail.3. Merchandising & Inventory:Receive, unpack, and organize new arrivals — from fresh blooms to curated gifts.Ensure products are correctly priced, beautifully displayed, and always ready for customers.Monitor stock levels and freshness, removing wilted or damaged items promptly.4. Store Presentation:Keep the shop floor sparkling clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.Arrange floral displays that draw attention and inspire purchases.Water and care for flowers and plants daily to keep them looking their best.Replenish wrapping supplies, ribbons, and cards to ensure smooth operations.5. Team Spirit:Work hand-in-hand with teammates to deliver seamless service during busy periods.Contribute ideas and positive energy during meetings and team activities.Support others where needed — teamwork makes the dream bloom! 🌷Requirements:Minimum SPM or equivalent.Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.A passion for flowers, gifts, and helping people.Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented.Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Basic POS/computer knowledge an advantage.Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
