Retail Auditor(Contract)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Independent Contractor to undertake audits of Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) to be paid on an hourly all-inclusive basis. The role is responsible for evaluating, examining and verifying audit processes at QSRs to ensure the operational integrity of processes and compliance with food safety and legislative standards. You will also be required to document compliance with our client's policies through the use of risk assessment processes, elevating their customers experiences and helping them build a brand that consumers can trust. You will assess each site against each client’s customized standards for Customer Experience, Food Safety, Operational Excellence, Brand Standards, and Workplace Safety and report progress against these outcomes.THE PERSON: You must have an exceptional eye for detail, great interpersonal skills, enjoy working with people from all walks of life, and be able to support people and businesses succeed ! We are looking for someone who will - Have 2 years of experience in the relevant field Have the ability to travel within the state and occasionally, interstate Have strong communication skills Have a current full New Zealand driver’s licence or equivalent license Have a reliable vehicle Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand Pass a criminal conviction check Work well independently – this is not an office-based job and each day will involve communicating with different people, clients, etc. Have a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting expectations, timelines and requirements.
