Job DescriptionWe are looking for IC Retail Auditors in Korea, Mongolia and Guam locations who can conduct food safety audits for food retail and manufacturing facilitiesPrincipal AccountabilitiesResponsibilities in the current role is multidisciplinary and of techno-commercial nature. It ranges from performing scheme specific audits to supervising operations of few other scheme certification /systems.Responsibilities also include taking new initiatives in sectors like agriculture and specialty foods certifications.Travel to inspection siteConduct food safety audits for food retail and manufacturing facilitiesDevelop and update client-specific food safety manualsMaintain current knowledge of food safety regulationsOrganize inspection itineraries for the upcoming yearEnsure compliance with food preparation regulations and legislationLiaise with management regarding audit findings and make recommendations for improving policies and procedures if necessaryWrite reports on findingsProvides technical and awareness training to employees regarding in-house food safety programsRequired QualificationsDegree/diploma in food technology, bio technology, veterinary science, micro biologyMinimum experience: 3 - 4 yearsAbout UsWith a legacy spanning more than 80 years, NSF leverages science and innovation to improve human and planet health.
