We invest in training, technology, and transparency to help our team members thrive and take pride in their work.Job DescriptionAs a Retail Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee cleaning operations across assigned retail sites to ensure they meet our clients’ presentation, hygiene, and safety standards. You’ll provide on-site leadership, support your team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support a team of cleaners across multiple retail locationsConduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are metManage daily operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and attendance monitoringProvide hands-on cleaning as required to support team coverage and quality deliveryTrain and mentor new and existing cleaning staff in procedures, safety, and customer serviceMaintain stock control and order cleaning materials and equipment as neededReport maintenance, safety, or staffing issues promptly to managementBuild and maintain positive relationships with store management and clientsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and OH&S standardsWhat You’ll Bring:Proven experience in retail or commercial cleaning, with supervisory or team leader experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse teamExcellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality resultsReliable, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple sites or prioritiesSound understanding of OH&S and safe work practicesFlexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as requiredIf you are interested in one of these positions, please reach out to our manager, Kamaldeep.
