该职位来源于猎聘Role Overview We are hiring a “Retail Client Portfolio Partner” to own our retail client portfolio growth and domain differentiation value proposition. You will shape China retail strategy in partnership with the Retail Market leadership, drive revenue growth, and ensure maximum client value. You will lead a team of senior client success managers, engage daily with client executives, and build technology-driven solutions for key subdomains: Fast Consumer Products (FCP) and top retail brands, with focus on End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation and Digital Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities 1、Commercial Success: Revenue Growth & Margin HealthDefine and execute a go-to-market strategy for the retail portfolio.Develop competitive pricing and commercial models (e.g., outcome-based, subscription, gain-share) that accelerate deal velocity, improve win rates, and protect margins.Lead a proactive market team to hit and exceed TCV, revenue, and gross margin targets. 2、Client Success: Advisory & EngagementServe as senior advisor to retail clients: diagnose business challenges and position our tech capabilities as enablers.Be highly client-facing daily; build and expand long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders.Own complex negotiations and act as escalation points for the portfolio. 3、Thought Leader: Enterprise-Wide ImpactInfluence company-wide decisions using deep retail technology expertise.Elevate company profile in FCP, top retail, consumer electronics, travel & hospitality, and healthcare.Coordinate sales, solutions, service lines, and domain teams to deliver full company value to clients.Publish insights, speak at industry events, and shape retail technology discourse internally and externally.Partner with sales, delivery, and alliances to strengthen go-to-market and technology partner ecosystem. 4、Team Success: Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor a global team of retail technology experts for high performance and growth.Align with senior leadership on strategic direction and execution. What You BringSenior retail client leadership experience at a global consultancy or consulting firm.Hands-on success delivering $10M to $ 20M digital transformation programs in supply chain or digital customer experiences for FCP or top-tier retailers in China/APAC (e.g., demand forecasting, network redesign, WMS/TMS implementations, B2B2C strategy, D2C etc.).Deep knowledge of retail tech trends: AI, omnichannel, supply chain control towers, digital twins, blockchain traceability, and sustainability tech.Proven ability to translate business needs into tech solutions and revenue strategies.Track record leading and scaling high-performing sales/client teams.Strong C-suite advisory skills and relationship-building.Experience forging technology partnerships (e.g., SAP) for market differentiation.Excellent communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
