Job Summary:The role is focusing on conducting a comprehensive study and analysis on a sample of the retail credit memos and financial statements, and evaluating credit applications for approval.Job Responsibilities:Analyze the retail and mortgage credit portfolio, and prepare recommendations for relevant departments and committees.Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports to monitor and assess the impact of unexpected internal or external risks.Assess, measure, and manage all aspects of risk affecting retail banking clients, and identify methods to prevent, reduce, mitigate, or transfer risks that may impact the bank.Propose and implement updates to controls and operational references related to credit approval stages, and participate in revising the bank’s credit policy.Prepare monthly performance reports on secured loan portfolios and ensuring no outstanding balance exceeds the collateral liquidation ratio specified for each product.Provide data and documentation required by internal and external regulatory bodies, and support the completion of their credit oversight tasks.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in the banking sector, preferably with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Retail Credit Risk Management and Mortgage Financing.
