Retail Data Analyst

We also have team members located in 5 different countries, creating a diverse and dynamic global environment.About the RoleWe are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team and help us transform raw data into actionable insights for the Greek retail market. If you're passionate about analytics, have a sharp eye for detail, and are eager to work with cutting-edge tools and real-world consumer data, we want to hear from you.Location: Remote (Greece)Contract Type: Fixed-term contractResponsibilities:Analyze and work with retail data from the Greek market (e.g., receipt-level data, product categorization, customer behavior).Build reports and assist in developing models to uncover trends and generate business insights.Contribute to the design and improvement of data structures and processes for retail analytics.Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.) to support decision-making.Collaborate with senior analysts and business stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven insights.Keep up to date with new tools, methods, and trends in data analytics and retail.Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or another quantitative field.3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis (experience in retail or FMCG analytics will be a strong advantage).Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proven ability to transform unstructured product descriptions into structured catalog matches using machine learning, text analysis, and business intelligence techniques.Hands-on experience with Python (pandas, numpy, etc.) and SQL.Familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI preferred).Exposure to retail-specific data (receipt scanning, SKU-level granularity, product categorization) is highly valued.Organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.At Justsnap, we know that our greatest strength is our people.
