Role Description We are seeking a Retail Deposit Specialist for a contract position with a hybrid work arrangement, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur with some flexibility for remote work. The Retail Deposit Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with deposit-related needs, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the bank’s deposit products. Other daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, executing retail sales strategies, and addressing customer inquiries in a professional manner. Qualifications Retail Sales and Product Knowledge to effectively present and promote deposit productsExperience is must in Deposit SalesCustomer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for clientsStrong Communication skills to engage with customers professionally and resolve inquiriesAbility to work in a hybrid model and adapt to both in-office and remote work environmentsFamiliarity with Islamic banking principles and financial products is a plusProficiency in relevant software and tools to support retail banking operationsDiploma or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
