The Wizards Play Network (WPN) is essential toour mission—supporting retailers, growing vibrant communities, and ensuring extraordinary player experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement WPN growth and support strategies customized for China retail and player landscapeBuild and maintain positive relationships with WPN retailers and regional partnersMonitor and analyze retailer performance, play activity, and community engagementCollaborate with global teams to localize WPN programs, campaigns, and tools for maximum relevance and impactSupport new store acquisition, player development initiatives, and community-building strategiesRepresent the voice of China retailers internally, ensuring their needs and feedback inform strategic decisionsBe the face of the WPN for China retailers, including proactively engaging and communicating with retailers on initiatives and programsWho You AreProven ability in retail development, partner/channel management, or B2B account developmentProven success working with independent retailers or small business partnersProficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written communication)Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsComfortable with ambiguity, and able to use data and insights to inspire and lead changeStrong presentation and training skills, capable of effectively communicating program details to partnersA proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic and commitment to partner successPassionate about the games industryWe are committed to making all employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.The above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
