We are looking for an accomplished and transformational Retail Director to lead the next chapter of TAG Heuer in Korea. This is a unique opportunity to shape the retail landscape from the ground up, overseeing 24 boutiques and driving a holistic business transformation.As a member of the executive committee, you will work hand-in-hand with the General Manager to redefine retail operations, elevate brand perception, and instill a culture aligned with LVMH values. This role is best suited for a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives on change, leads by example, and inspires teams to deliver exceptional results.Job ResponsibilitiesTransform and Elevate the BrandLead initiatives that redefine TAG Heuer’s positioning and customer experience in Korea. Pioneer innovative retail strategies that challenge traditional luxury norms and set new industry standards. Partner closely with the General Manager to ensure a unified vision across all transformation efforts. Drive Business GrowthBuild and execute a retail strategy aligned with TAG Heuer’s global objectives and local ambitions. Identify and develop new business opportunities, from boutique openings to strategic partnerships. Deliver ambitious sales targets, boutique profitability, and KPIs across the retail network. Lead with ExcellenceSet and maintain best-in-class operational standards across all boutiques. Champion exceptional client experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the TAG Heuer spirit of innovation and luxury. Direct CRM strategies to strengthen customer loyalty, personalization, and retention. Inspire and Develop TeamsLead by presence—spending time in the field, mentoring teams, and modeling excellence. Build high-performing, empowered teams that collaborate and grow together. Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement. Shape the Future of TAG Heuer KoreaContribute as a key member of the executive committee, influencing strategic decisions and long-term direction. Help establish TAG Heuer Korea’s organizational foundations—structure, processes, and ways of working. Embed LVMH culture and values into every aspect of the business. ProfileBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 12+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in luxury goods, ideally watches or jewelry. Proven ability to deliver transformation and commercial results in complex retail environments. A hands-on, action-oriented leadership style—leading by example and empowering teams. Strong financial and analytical acumen, with a data-driven mindset. Expertise in CRM, customer experience, and visual merchandising. Experience in organizational development and culture building, preferably within luxury or LVMH environments. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel as required.
