Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Division Manager, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The individual in this role will lead and manage retail banking initiatives, oversee customer service delivery, monitor sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and motivating retail teams, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
