Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Division Manager, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The individual in this role will lead and manage retail banking initiatives, oversee customer service delivery, monitor sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and motivating retail teams, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersProven experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and addressing client needs with professionalismTeam Management abilities to lead and inspire retail banking teams effectivelySales expertise, including the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets within retail bankingStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive performance improvementsEducational background in Business, Finance, or related fieldsFamiliarity with the banking industry, especially in retail banking, is an assetExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
