Retail Improvment● Support dealers in improving end-to-end retail capabilities, including showroom management, customer reception, test drive operations, and vehicle delivery processes. ● Conduct regular site visits and online audits to assess dealership performance, identify issues, and develop tailored improvement plans. ● Ensure the implementation of brand retail standards at the dealer level, covering customer interaction, test drives, sales scripts, and handover experience. ● Analyze dealership sales data and lead conversion metrics to optimize performance and assist in achieving sales targets. ● Act as a communication bridge between HQ and dealers, ensuring effective rollout of pricing, incentive, and promotional strategies.
● Generate best practice reports and share successful retail optimization cases with the regional team. ● Support new dealership openings and assist in building their retail systems, including staff onboarding and training. Requirements● Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering or related fields preferred. ● At least 3 years of experience in automotive retail or dealership operations, familiar with 4S/retail network models. ● Strong understanding of front-line sales KPIs and the ability to drive improvements based on data insights. ● Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to work across HQ, regional teams, and dealers.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis capabilities. ● Fluent in English; Chinese or Arabic is a plus. Strong cross-cultural communication skills required.
