[ Italian Luxury Brand - Travel Retail Manager / Director (DF Channel) ]PURPOSEVitalize DF sales strategy, Execute Customized Sales & Marketing activity and Negotiation with Key operators. Responsible for maximizing category business and driving the team to hit the seasonal revenue targets.RESPONSIBILITIESConsistently deliver exceptional sales results plan to maximize the growth and profitability of the business objectivesDevelop and supervise implementation action plans for all sales teams to respond to changing market conditionsLead, control and direct sales team to assure sales targets are achieved through motivation, training and coachingPartnership in channel sales and extend values to market Assures compliance of all policies, procedures and practices of the companyMerchandise Planning & Purchasing for DF stores : Forecast, determine mix/assortment for seasonal buying, key item, trend report, EOSS reviewManage merchandise operation for DF stores: distribution, manage local requirementREQUIREMENTSPositive and contagious energy, motivation and pragmatismA minimum of 3-5 years leadership experience in a client centric role within customer facing environmentsStrong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of luxury clients across multi-channel and multimodal (telephone, live chat, web and email) contact environmentStrong retail fashion/luxury backgroundDeep knowledge of omni-channel solutions in a retail environment, combined with the ability to handle complex business situations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationDemonstrated people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate large teams within a very demanding environmentA professional attitude to create competitive advantage through an integrated and engaging omni-channel environment with exclusive clienteleAbility to achieve results through influence and problem solving, handling difficult and highpressure situationsTeam player and able to build good professional cross-functional relationships with peers and team management in multicultural and fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skillsFluent in English would be a plusOperate with passion and respect, be authentic, courageous and innovative, create a wellbeing mindset※ This position requires native-level Korean communication skills, and visa sponsorship is unavailable.
