The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, Marketing, and CRM teams to drive sales growth, enhance client engagement, and ensure operational excellence. A strong people leader, this individual will coach and develop retail teams, champion clienteling initiatives, and lead key transformation projects to strengthen brand visibility and elevate the retail experience.ResponsibilitiesLead the overall retail strategy and performance across all stores in Singapore.Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to develop and implement effective action plans.Coach Store Managers and retail teams to achieve sales, service, and client development goals.Partner with senior leadership to define commercial strategies and ensure operational excellence.Oversee clienteling initiatives to deepen VIC engagement and drive repeat purchase behavior.Champion people development, succession planning, and retail capability building.Drive key transformation projects including store activations, product presentations, and pre-owned program initiatives.Manage relationships with mall marketing and leasing partners to strengthen brand visibility and traffic opportunities.RequirementsThe successful candidate will have minimum of 8 years of luxury retail experience, with a proven track record in multi-store and cross-market leadership.Strong foundations in store operations, paired with strategic and commercial acumen, are essential.A deep understanding of client development and service excellence in the luxury environment is critical.Experience in luxury electronic goods, watches, jewellery, or fashion & leather goods will be an advantage.Registration No: R1875146EA License No: 22C1376
