Our stimulating missions give our employees the opportunity to develop new skills, overcome spectacular challenges and reveal their talent.To go further, with Dior.Job DescriptionYOUR MISSION _________ Retail Sales Development Develop sales and manage sales performance by store to reach the targetCo-ordinate with Sales-In team to ensure efficient order taking and processing stocks to ensure optimum inventory at storesCompile monthly sales report to management (commercial lines including new launches)Communicate competition’s marketing activity to managementManagement of Sales force Ensure that BCs follow the Dior art of selling and express Dior Brand values through customer serviceMotivate, evaluate and retain a dynamic sales team and build team spiritImprove BC productivity and ensure development of BCs through regular coaching sessions and counter visitsConduct yearly appraisalsCo-operate with training team to ensure BCs attend the mandatory training coursesInitiate and execute local incentive programsRecruit the best qualified counter managers and BCsPropose and work closely with Sales Manager on BC development plan to increase knowledge and skillsPropose and work closely with Sales Manager with regards to manpower allocation by storePlan and control expense budget pertaining to retail activities (transportation, atrium miscellaneous expenses etc)Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at assigned countersBrand/ Image & Merchandising Execution Enhance Dior Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activitiesEnforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to PCD standards and following central guidelinesPromotion/ animation management Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing departmentEnsure preparation prior to the event/ animation and compile the feedback report after each eventEnsure sufficient manpower coverage at each event/ animationRetail Execution and Coordination Take ownership of retail projectsEnsure counter teams mastership and consistent daily use of tools and operating standardsMonitor progress and review counters' results with CMs/ counter headsTake charge of annual performance reviews for BCsMystery Shoppers Survey Ensure close follow up on action plans in order to improve D.I.O.R indicators of assigned countersQualificationsWHO YOU ARE _________ Key competencies: Strong interpersonal & communication skillPeople-oriented supervisory skillCustomer and sales focusNegotiation skillsGood PCD product and selling knowledgeGood coaching and customer service skillsProfile : At least 5 years experience in Sales department as supervision level in managing team (ideally counter manager experience)Excellent knowledge/ experience in retail business (department stores)Strong in leadership and in people managementExperience in building effective teamsA result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism.Down to earth, sincere and have a heart for peopleAdditional InformationWHAT CAN WE OFFER ? _________ A challenging role in a fast moving, ambitious environment, with daily learning opportunities and passionate team members.Beyond this role, your development is a pillar of our ambition.
