Retail Manager, Travel Retail (Beauty Industry)

Our client, a leading luxury beauty brand, is seeking an experienced Retail Manager – Travel Retail to drive retail excellence across Southeast Asia markets. This role is pivotal in shaping retail strategy, elevating brand experience, and delivering strong sales performance in a dynamic travel retail environment.ResponsibilitiesRetail Strategy & SalesDefine and execute retail strategies per market and POS in alignment with brand objectives.Drive retail sales and KPIs across 20 POS in SEA Travel Retail.Collaborate with Area Sales Manager to optimize stock levels, sales tools, and growth drivers.Team LeadershipLead and motivate 2 Retail Supervisors and a team of 30+ Beauty Advisors.Implement BA incentive programs and ensure high engagement and performance.Partner with Education Manager to address training needs and elevate service standards.Brand Experience & Visual MerchandisingEnsure consistent brand image and VM execution across all POS.Coordinate store openings, renovations, and animations with VM team.Oversee CRM initiatives and VIP events to enhance customer experience.Business InsightsPrepare monthly reports on retail performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Present quarterly updates to senior management on retail strategy and results.RequirementsMinimum 7 years in Travel Retail within the Beauty retail industry, with regional exposure in APAC.Proven ability to lead multi-market teams and drive performance.Strong retail operations knowledge, analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder management.Strong experience in driving business and create additional values for the businessEnglish required; additional SEA languages a plus.Willingness to travel across SEA markets.
