Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.ObjectiveLead the development and implementation of the 5P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People) for every Retail Environment (RE). The core mission is to drive brand and category growth by transforming consumer, shopper, and customer insights into profitable, executed retail strategies.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & PlanningDefine and shape category/brand strategies by channel in collaboration with the Marketing area, using robust consumer, shopper, and trade insights to establish the annual activity plan.Develop RE and 5P strategies based on deep RE, shopper, and customer understanding, aligning with overall category and brand strategies.Design the Shopper and Trade Study Plan to gather necessary information for creating effective 5P strategies across different buying environments.Direct the preparation of compelling business presentations that merge consumer insight, category, and channel/client strategies to ensure continuous business growth.Execution & Commercial ManagementImplement the activity matrix and the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for new product launches for the category/brand.Approve the correct portfolio of SKUs and commercialization margins by channel and buying environment, ensuring appropriate Colgate-Palmolive product offerings and commercial terms.Coordinate active participation of the Customer Marketing area in designing and elaborating the Go-to-Market Plan for each category/product, using it as a competitive advantage.Approve the volumes of new products and promotional products to optimize and guarantee the continuous presence of Colgate-Palmolive products on the shelf.Financial & Performance ControlControl investment plans by channel in line with growth strategies while maintaining the defined Gross to Net (GTN) for each channel/customer.Ensure that promotional spending aligns with category/brand strategies and stays within the estimated annual parameters.Control that all promotional activities generated by sales are evaluated using the Return On Investment (ROI) methodology.Prepare a monthly evaluation of Colgate-Palmolive and competitor promotional activities to propose competitive promotional strategies.Define and coordinate monthly with the Demand Chain alternatives to achieve the defined volume, Share of Market (SOM), Weighted Distribution, and GTN.In-Store & Merchandising ExcellenceApprove merchandising objectives (product location, consumer communication, display, and availability) to increase product rotation and sales.Ensure "Commanding the Shelf" is the primary priority for the channel team, establishing procedures and weekly reviews to resolve any Point-of-Sale (POS) issues (displays, shelf space, out-of-stocks).Control that pricing strategies (regular and promotional) align with category and brand strategies through field checks and the 5P Tracker tool.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.Experience: Previous experience in Retail Marketing, Sales, or Research Agencies (+6 years).Language: Advanced English proficiency.Previous experience leading teams.
